On the first day Monica led us on a hike to Blue Lake. It was a nice hike, but I will not be repeating it. The kids did great, but I was worn out by the end. Shaun carried Weston on his shoulders for most of the hike. Once, we got there we had lunch, fished and explored a little bit.
Weston sporting his hiking attire. The kids had fun swimming and playing in the sand. Hunter is not included in anymore pictures because he was always off doing other activities like golfing, baseball, fishing or football. I hardly saw him the whole trip.
Weston and I hanging out in Payette LakeAshlyn's favorite activity was picking huckleberries. We came home with a lot of them! Weston keeps asking when we can go camping again. Hunter thought golfing with deer on the course was pretty cool.
On the same weekend Shaun and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary. For this special occasion, I went to the thrift store in Mccall and bought him a wedding cake topper. I do not think he was impressed.
